Account Deletion Request

I have deleted the Stirdie App from my device, how do I request to delete the Stirdie account created during initial registration? Submit a request to support@stirdie.com to request an account deletion.

How do I know if an end user has received my message?

Businesses can audit any message to view encryption details and event details such as when a message was delivered and read, complete with timestamp data.

 

How do I see if an end user responds?

All responses from users are organised in the business's inbox, making it easy to manage and respond to user queries.

How do I contact another business through the Stirdie Web App?

Navigate to the “Send” menu item, Searching for a name will search both the end user and business directories within the app, select the business you wish to contact, and use the message feature to start a conversation.

Navigate to the “Send” menu item, Searching for a name will search both the end user and business directories within the app, select the end user you wish to contact, and use the message feature to start a conversation.


What is the difference between the message types?

  • Digital Message: Allows you to send a string of text to the end user

  • File Transfer: Allows you to transfer a single file to the end user

  • Smart Message: Allows you to ask the end user a question with up to 5 possible different responses that are pre set but the sender

Please note: Only one message type can be sent at a time.

Why is there an orange dot in the Inbox?

The orange dot means that the end user has not yet opened the message sent to them.

 

What does the blue tick mean?

A blue tick indicates that the Stirdie profile has been endorsed. 

 

What security features are in place for messaging on the Web App?

All messages are end to end encrypted, and businesses can audit messages to ensure security. This includes accessing details like encryption protocols used and checking the status of messages (delivered, read). For more information, view our Privacy Policy.

 

Can I manage my business profile from the web app?

Yes, businesses can update their profiles, including contact information and services offered, directly from the web app. Once updated it will be resubmitted for endorsement.
